  All the negatives aside- on the days they aren't in a pissy mood, the food is pretty decent.

  The Indian boy made a mockery out of myself and 2 other people while I was ordering and made me feel really uncomfortable.

  1) the employees are incredibly rude. i have a naturally soft voice, sometimes the cashier will yell at me to speak louder. 2) A larger lady that works there rudely implies that she cant understand the language i'm talking in & to talk in English. EXTREMELY unprofessional and racy. 3) the line up takes over 30 minutes, ordering+receiving the order takes 10-15 minutes. 4) during the day they barely have any products on display, but in the evening (~7pm) suddenly they have every single bagel known to tim hortons. 5) the employees hate their life, and that feeling radiates so hard it makes you feel uneasy as f.

  Never had a problem with the food. However I don't go here anymore because of the attitude that some of the employees give you.

  Employees look absolutely miserable and hate their lives. Very unfriendly! And this store doesn't even accept gift cards. I just buy my coffee from the local cafe whenever I am at school.

  Very limited menu, for the amount of people they had staffed thing still took way too long and prices of energy drinks from them is also extremely expensive. Unless you really really want your Hortons Coffee I would suggest going to the 711 nearby.
