  Scotiabank would therefore not provide a refund, explain their investigation, or explain the associated receipt in relation to my account. It appears they believe a Vietnamese bank, instead of a longstanding customer with no prior issues.

  3 months later I inquired with the bank, as they had not updated me on the file. They stated the file was concluded 2 months prior and that my claim was denied. Furthermore, that they "contacted" the Vietnamese bank who, of course, denied the allegation.

  Try to change my wife Scotiabank visas address but she keeps insisting that the visas were join with the banking account online. When I have to do the changes to my Scotiabank visas last week thinking that my credit cards have the same address on file because appear in the online banking. But in reality they still have the old address.

  when ever I visted Scotia bank.. I find helping staff there.. provide ..efficient.. good service ..with ..very politeness...Punjabi/hindi speaking staff.. I always found there..so no communication problem to Indian community...
