  They've got a lot of books and can take requests for books you're looking for. Plus you can bring in old books for in store credit.

  My first time coming here was with my sister two years ago and we have nothing but wonderful experiences ever since! Their resident cat, Gatsby is the most softest and cutest cat ever! He’s very friendly and chatty; we absolutely love coming by to see him and browse for books. The staff are also friendly and helpful! I don’t often go to the chilliwack location, but it’s just as great with a larger selection. However, they are very handy in bringing books over from that location. The atomosphere is cozy, they’ve got great staff, and Gatsby adds a great touch to the experience. I highly recommend coming here!

  We went in to trade some books. And they happily took them. One of the staff mocked us and some of our books. They did not inform us that you can only use 50% of your trade in credit at a time. Next time we came in we selected a number of books equaling slightly more than our total trade credit. Only then did they inform us. When asked if we could change the credit to cash (knowing it would be of lesser value) the informed us we could not. The staff on that day, particularly the bearded gentleman, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Please don't go here It's not worth your time.

  I've been able to find a number of hard to find books here. The service is excellent, and Gatsby is a wonderful little fellow.

  Great selection, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Also, who doesn't love Gatsby the cat.
