  I was getting my car serviced at the Ford dealership and needed to rent a car for the day. I dealt with Simo and he was amazing. The car was clean and new. I look forward to renting another vehicle with you guys in the near future. Cheers!

  Great shop! Had my windshield replaced and was given a loaner car as well. Highly recommend.

  Really disappointed in the experience here. I made a reservation to pick up the car at an alloted time. When I got there, they said that I was early so I left. I called them later, and they assured me that there would be some cars available later on to return, but perhaps slightly later than expected. I arrived to the area at the alloted time, and they notified me that there would be no cars available for the Whole day. EARLIER, they also said they were going to call me at 4pm to let me know about car availabilities, but they didn't follow up. I understand if you're busy and have no cars, but I expect professional service and follow up to let me know if there are no cars so I don't have to waste two trips for nothing. The kicker is that I asked if there were other places I could rent a car from and the manager denied any other choices, and didn't seem to want to help. Earlier that day, an employee told me of several other options. Overall, really disappointed with the service and manager. Hopefully this was a one-off experience, but previous reviews indicate otherwise. I would steer clear
