  I had a unfortunate run in with wildlife only a few days after taking delivery of my brand new car. The team at Fix Auto was great at keeping me updated through the process on what was happening with my vehicle and made it a pain free experience to deal with the aftermath of the incident. I was very pleased with how far above and beyond the team went, specifically my estimator Shane and his boss Mitch. They went to any length's necessary to ensure any small issues were dealt with in as convenient and timely of a manner as possible. Very pleased with my experience and the work they performed on my car, it really is just like new again. I'll continue to recommend them in the future!

  It took the better part of 2 months before they had an opening so that I could get my vehicle in for a repair. Once they had it, the repair time went from 4 days to 2 weeks (it was a simple repair). Every person that I spoke with had a different reason as to why the repair time kept increasing. I ended up retrieving the vehicle without having any work done and I'll take it somewhere else.

  Terrible shop warning to all do not risk bringing your car here!! We waited 6 weeks to book an appointment then finay get a call back 2 weeks later that not only is the car not fixed it now wont start. The shop put gas fuel in our diesal and now will not cover the costs of repairs and blame us instead? We have receipts showing only diesal fuel has been placed in the vehicle ever since purchase and this shop has now caused our vehicle an extra $3000 in damage which they refuse to pay and be berated by their store manager. How is this place even icbc accredited?? We will be going to the BBB and the Corp head of Fix Auto, you will also be hearing from our lawyer see you in court!

  This place used to be good but things have changed. They are way too busy for their own good and this will likely come at the expense of quality. I went there this morning for a new repair and was greeted quite rudely when I explained that I need to brink a car in for repair but did not have an appointment. The person says bring it back tomorrow, as if people have time during a work week to accommodate their business. I went to Avenue Body Shop and was treated with great courtesy.
