    I received the most horrific customer service experience I have ever received today! I am beyond insulted and upset at how the entire store handled a very simple error on their part. I had made a purchase of 3 items all were on sale and all were clearance. once ringing through the register i proceeded to walk outside and realize my total was not right, rechecking my receipt i noticed the clerk had rang in the item at 5.99 not 2.99. Normally I really wouldn't be all that bothered but i figured while standing there I may as well get them to correct this. Walking back into the store I brought my receipt to the desk where 3 of your stores agents were standing, showing my receipt and the error one of the girls proceeded to tell me the items were final sale and that means no refund. I once again told her they rang in WRONG not that I was returning it. They then proceeded to tell me they can't do anything. at that point I said it wasn't a return it wasn't my error the bill and scan was incorrect. Where they proceeded to tell me that particular item had been marked down by error. I informed them that there was an entire wall of these beanies and that the error was on every single one. They rudely told me to wait and they will get manager. Once that manager walked up no apology about the error or the amount of time they were wasting was given she proceed to ring on the computer and told me that there was only store credit. At this point I informed the manager that telling by the customer service I was given today I didn't plan on shopping there again and at this point wanted the difference refunded so I could leave. The manager then proceeded to look at me in front of the entire line up and store and say "you are being dramatic all I can give you is store credit" at this point I said that it was the store error I wanted the difference refunded and that customer service goes a long way and that maybe if given an apology or understanding I 1 would not be this upset and 2 would be more understanding of what was happening. The Manager then proceeded to pull out the cash from the register and slam it onto the counter. Exclaiming VERY sarcastically that she was so sorry for the 3$ error.
