  In Abbotsford I find it amazing to find a Marks right in the dead centre of it. The products are all great here and the service and knowledge of the staff members for the items are great. Almost always go there for my work gear.

  Bought a pair of work boots at Marks Warehouse, I tried to return them today since they were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet and they didn't accept them! Their assistant manager told me I could return them and get my a store credit or my money back if they look good enough, which I only wore them for two days and really tried to clean them up but when I tried returning them they turn me down! There is a big problem with the boots, it clearly even says on their website you can return the boots within a 100 days if there is a defect which there is and i cant even return them worst store I have ever been to! Very unprofessional business, I use to buy from there all the time, terrible Christmas spirit!

  The staff are very helpful when fetching shoes sizes from the back stock room. They're eager to help you choose a pair if they're not busy with another customer. The selection could be layed out better, but most of what I wanted was on the same shelf. Mark's has good stuff, and good deals. There was 20% off everything when I walked in.

  Place feels crowded. Busy and probably not enough staff on. I know that is hard to judge from a staffing / customer demand but extra staff could merchandise.

  Lots of items but at times feels like too much is crammed in there. Something for everyone, a lot of options from sport to work to classing it up a bit. Very helpful and friendly staff.
