    i love old navy! i always wanted to be part of the navy. they also make delicious steak! i recommend their steak to everyone. i like it a lot because they give u a bar of soap along with the steak, and i love eating soap, so it was great for me, but i don't know about everyone else

    They have made huge improvements in terms of customer service. It used to be a terrible place for customer service.....sales ppl didn't seem to care but things have changed recently. I love the deals and discounts from Old Navy!

    I recently had a very bad experience with the customer service manager. She doesn't have any people skills.

    Great place to get inexpensive cloths. Not always the best quality. I bought three pairs of shorts and they all developed the same rip in them after a couple months. Still their jeans and shirts are really affordable.
