Seeing my current dentist, I am always asked about my comfort after disclosing my anxiety around the dentist and squeamishness. This is a luxury I was never afforded at 7Oaks Laser Dental. I in fact even fainted twice during the same visit because I was not properly cared for.

Edit: for some reason I cannot reply to their reply to my post so I will do it here.

It was not until I went to a dentist where they explicitly explained everything and gave me extensive care that I realized that the quality of care at 7Oaks Dental was insufficient and manipulative.

Were not very nice, do not go above and beyond for people! Only want your money....

These people are only interested in getting money from you. They often suggested expensive procedures that were not necessary and as someone who did not have benefits, I could not afford to pay for.

These guys are awesome in their performance but don't respect appointment times. On three occasions I had to wait at least 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. The last time I waited about an hour before I left.

Left extremely upset and found a much nicer office THAT FIXED MY PROBLEM!

I strongly recommend that you do not go to this dentist unless you are very educated in oral health and have the ability to fact check the recommendations made.

I moved here recently and was due for my annual checkup. I had a wonderful dentist for many many years and my dental health was in tiptop condition. I came to 7 Oaks Laser and was told almost half my teeth needed work for over $1200 !! It is unbelievable how greedy they are - only interested in my dental insurance dollars...nothing else.

On top of that, I had experienced trauma to a few of my teeth that I had expressly mentioned to my dentist at 7Oaks. Still, they somehow managed to miss the fact that the nerve in one of my teeth was indeed dying and required care. They did not even check the health of those specific teeth after I mentioned the trauma.

Meanwhile as soon as I mentioned I had experienced trauma to those teeth to my new dentists, they immediately ran tests to check the health of those teeth and found that I required a root canal.

I was also told at 7Oaks that I must have my wisdom teeth removed (of which I only have two) purely on the basis that they are more susceptible to cavities than other teeth. My wisdom teeth had come in very well without causing any problems with any of my other teeth or gums. One more expensive and painful procedure that was 100% unnecessary.

They expect you to respect their time...they should do the same.

I knew there was a way, they told me I had no hope!

Thank you for your condescending answer, but that is simply not the case. I have been to several dentists since 7Oaks Laser Dental and they have all suggested that the procedures indicated as urgent by your dentists were simply not necessary. I was made to feel like I had taken terrible care of my teeth and that my mouth was in horrible shape. I have since been to several dentists who have contradicted that. Yes, I needed work but the situation was not so dire as 7Oaks made it seem. I was in fact in good dental health.
