  Awesome experience with Dr.Tsang and her staff! They treated us and our daughter very good and were able to answer everything we asked. Our daughter has terrible fear of dental work and we are so grateful for how professional, quick and empathic everybody was. Thank you!!!

  Great office and experience! From the start of my sons appointment to the finish. All the staff were great and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. My son was in good hands.

  My son was referred to this dentist. I had nothing but issues with the terribly unorganized receptionists. We were given a date and time for my son's surgery, and they requested we get a form filled out by our GP, to clear my son for the surgery. I had that taken care of right away and faxed to them. They called me over a week later, and apparently they didn't have it. I go to take it to them in person, and once there I'm told they do have it afterall, they just misplaced it. Cool, thanks for wasting my time. Then I get a phone call confirming my son's surgery in a couple days....wait, what? We were told a different date (that was still 3 weeks away at this point). She said no, they've changed it (without confirming with me apparently). So I frantically call around and reschedule other appointments I had in order to accomodate the dentist, and when I'm done, I get a call back from reception saying they made a mistake and I will be keeping my original appointment. Cool, thanks for wasting even more of my time and causing me to needlessly cancel an important appointment (which I will have to wait over a month to get it back). Then weeks after my son's surgery is done, I get a reimbursement cheque from them for the amount we overpaid, and they spelled my name wrong (how the heck do you mess that up, when I give you my drivers license to copy it from??), so I have to go back to get the cheque re-issued. More wasted time. Save yourself a huge headache and see a different dentist, one with a better receptionist team.

  What an amazing office! From the front staff to the dentist nothing got missed. They made sure I was aware of the cost associated with my daughters treatment, they made sure my daughter was mentally prepared and well taken care of. Dr Tsang even took time out her night to care call my daughter after her minor oral surgery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ALL YOUR CHILDRENS NEEDS!

  I don't reconmend this place we had a bad experience for my daughter she is 4 year old they did not do good job and my daughter was crying too much the way they arw doing now I have to take her to the different place
