    Rude, pushy and condescending doctor. Extremely late with appointments...and too insistent that patients use the pharmacy attached to the clinic

    He used to be an amazing doctor but now he doesn't have time for his patients. Even if we book right in the morning it's a 1 hour wait. In the evening can be a wait of 2 and a half hours. Then he's quick in and out. If you even see him and not some other Dr. I'm in the office right now and we've (me and two small girls) have been waiting almost 1 hour. It looks like we are getting a female doctor and the receptionist is going to apply the freezing to my daughters foot. I've been with Dr west over 2 years and it's become increasingly frustrating to have him as a doctor.

    I have been here three times, and all the times I have been I have waited 2 hours after the time I was booked for. If you want to wait 3 hours go there, otherwise it's a waste of time. So displeased.
