  Absolutely ridiculous. Tried phoning about a product and no one answered. I wouldn't have minded waiting however every couple mins it stops ringing and makes you go through the choices again. Tried to phone the main office and got the same thing! Spending big money this holiday season on electronics and after that will go elsewhere from now on. Do yourself a favor and go straight to Amazon!

  Not surprised by the other reviews. Walked into this place intending to make a purchase of the Sonos Play Bar and Subwoofer. $1800 before tax purchase. Plus an Apple TV box. Saw one employee in the stereo section helping and elderly man so I played around with the Sonos speakers for 10-15 minutes hoping someone would come buy and ask me if I needed help as there were no boxes on the shelves with the items I wanted. No one to be seen. Walked around, Im sure the guy helping the elder man noticed me waiting beside them for a while. No awknoledgement whatsoever. Walked around some more, finally started toward the exit the guy that was helping the elderly man walk straight towards me now not with anyone and then did a 180 and walked away. I live in Abbotsford, but have made up my mind that Langley or Chilliwack will always get my business now. This place has absolutely poor customer service. Hey except the guy at the front door said hello and good bye. I couldn’t be bothered to complain. Good luck if you walk into this place.

  Bestbuy is great for finding a lot of products and even prices. There's a few downsides, such as sales personnel standing around and not assisting or waiting for a lifetime before I'm finally helped, but it doesn't reflect the standards of the store, it reflects the standards of those employees.

  When I do get assisted, it's one-hundred percent honest and helpful and even with their recommendations thrown in there, they aren't paid commission so I don't need to worry about being sold a product I didn't want.

  How is this place still able to run? Walked in the other day, wanted to buy a steam card and the guy at the till was completely new and he was the *only one on the till. Took me 15 minutes just to buy a card! Unbelievable. Horrible customer service and a complete gong show. I feel bad about that new guy, must be a horrible place to work at if they leave you alone on the till when you're new. Don't even get me started on how bad the prices are...
