  Don't waste your time or your money here. I borrowed 2,000 and have ended up with a "buy out" of 3,900..... this is the most expensive option out there for trying to pay off your debt. You are much better off waiting until you can get a personal loan with your bank. This place also has a revolving door of employees... so no one ever knows what happened last week. My friend came in with me when I had to make a payment and the manger went over some paper work with me and was SO LOUD my friend heard everything.. no privacy, no professionalism, no ethics... this place is a seedy payday loan business with glamorous commercials....

  The way he explained it, was completely incorrect. He left the office for a few minutes, and the female, explained that almost every thing he did the last weekend was not correct (Filling out check, offering to take a check) She even said it was not possible to get a payout amount. Yet he was able to write the check amount. Nothing added up. These are not financial experts. At all. Deception artists, that prey on the weak and in need.

  Spoke with both people working there. The female was very defensive right away, the male appeared to be helpful, until he was caught up in his lies. Claimed that it only cost a few dollars different. This was incorrect. He calculated interest on the payment... we didn't care about the payment, we cared about the interest that was on the 9k balance. Had they taken the check last week, it would have been $260 less.

  They advertise, pay off your loan anytime, but this is incorrect. You can only pay it off for a week after a payment comes out. The rest of the time they will claim it's warehoused and they can not touch it.

  One week ago, my friend attempted to pay off his loan, cash in hand. They would not take payment. Now only 1 week later.. it's $260 more. ($260 for one week, please no one borrow from them)
