  Was out looking for counter stools for my Island and decided to check out Ashley Furniture. once I entered the store I was not mobbed right away by a sale rep and was allowed to look for what I was looking for. I saw Nichole off to the side and I asked her where I'd find kitchen stools and she took me to them. She asked me a few questions as to what I was looking for and I found the best stools to fit my needs. Nichole was great! No pressure from her at all as to buying something of greater cost.

  Only reason I'm giving a 4 star is we were completely ignored when we first walked in the store. The sales people were helping other customers but noticed a lot of other staff sitting throughout store. A simple "hi and someone will be right with you" would have been nice. We waited probably 25 minutes before we were helped. This after the sales person had walked past us to approach another couple who were walking out of the store. Once that couple left without buying anything, the sales person finally approached us as we were obviously there to buy.

  We had been to several other furniture stores that day with our 2 yr old in tow, so having to wait without any acknowledgement was painstaking for him.

  Pretty good store. Staff are friendly and not approaching you every 5 seconds like some other stores I've been too. Very accommodating with price match or discounts.

  Very expensive. Bought 4 bar stools and returned one 2 days later and they do not do cash refund. Instead I loose 20 purchase price and the remaining balance I can use to purchase something else. I will never recommend Ashley furniture store to anyone.
