    On November 3 2017 My Husband and I bought a beautiful new Samsung stove. It is a cook top style with a double oven, I was so excited to get my new stove, and loved the features it has, that is until Dec 25th 2017.

    Once My Husband got ahold of the repair center he was told a technician would be out to repair out BRAND NEW stove on Monday January 8th between 230&5. Well 5pm came and went, and at 530 we received a call from the technician saying we would be there at 6, with the parts to complete the repair (WRONG)

    First and last time going here. Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. In fact, it seemed like everyone was avoiding eye contact. Walked around the store for 15 minutes and wasn't asked if I needed help once. Went over to Ashelys Home Store which is in the same complex and I was greeted immediately, asked if she could help with anything, and given a business card as I was leaving to contact her if I had any further questions.

    Technician replaced the mother board in my stove which did not solve the problem, he did have a 2nd part with him (element switch) however this part was incorrect, so the technician left. My Husband called Leon's again after the technician left and we still did not have a working stove. At this point we were told a manager from Leon's would look into the situation as call us back the next day. Well Jan 9 came and went with no phone call. January 10th My Husband called Leon's again to complain and was told AGAIN a manager would call him back. Well today we finally heard from the manager and after giving the story of our struggles to her the response was "its a Samsung product with a Samsung warranty there is nothing we can do" My Husband explained we have now been with out a working stove since Dec 25th, and have not been given satisfactory service for a warranty and we would like a refund. At this point we were informed that Leon's doesn't take returns. So my impression is now that they will take your money and not stand by the products they sell!

    Customer service was great. Sales staff informative and not pushy. No one made me feel dumb. Mike B was great. We came back and purchased a washing machine.

    Bought coffee table and end table. End table is literally falling apart. There is a massive split where the side piece is supposed to be attached to the front. You can see the wooden dowel between the two parts. The coffee table has a big chunk missing out of it, several scratches and some of the trim around the edges is peeling back. The smell of the product is horrendous. The finish that was used has a extremely strong smelling... And the worst part is, which was missed/not mentioned when buying the products, the store doesn't do refunds at all. They will send someone to my house to fix, or replace the product I'm store... Definitely unhappy, and will never shop here again.

    Took delivery of our 7 piece dining room set with server. Most of the boxes were totally saturated. The boxes were dripping wet and the server was delivered with the top on the bottom - upside down. We had to unload everything very quickly, as to not damage our hardwood floors. Then we discovered we couldn't assemble one of the chairs, as they sent us two left front legs instead of a left and right. Sent a nice e-mail to customer care with pictures. Not a first time great experience and probably our last.

    My Husband contacted Samsung, who after making me send in proof of warranty promised I would have a repair person out on Dec 29th to fix my BRAND NEW stove, we were told the service center would contact us with an exact time frame. I received an email on Dec 28th confirming my warranty is valid through Nov 3 2018 as well as an approved work order confirmation number. Well Dec 29th came and went with no word from Leon's, Samsung, or a technician. On January 2nd we called Samsung yet again, got some call center somewhere (surprise surprise) who had no record of a service being set up for our stove.. The person from Samsung then gave us a phone number to call to set up a service... By this time my Husband was getting very upset. He called this number to arrange for the service or so we thought. Well once he reached person at this phone number, he was told that he needed to call the repair center himself to arrange the service... Yes you read that right, not 1 but 3 phone calls to Samsung and they we had to do ALL the leg work for a warranty service.

    If you are looking for a place to shop that looks after their customers Leon's Abbotsford is not the place, If you are looking for reliable kitchen appliances and good customer service and warranty department then DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!

    So on Christmas day while slaving over the stove to make an amazing Christmas dinner for my family (just like most of the poplulation) I began to experience issues with the temperature the cooktop was cooking at, it seemed to be cooking extremely hot. We contacted Leon's on Dec 27th (due to the Holidays) and they referred us to Samsung for warranty repair (fair enough)

    Today being Jan 11 2018 and I still do not have a functioning stove, my husband called the service center AGAIN to find out a status on our repair and was told hopefully we would hear from someone on Monday Jan 15th. Our confidence in Leon's has been shattered, as has been our confidence in Samsung as a kitchen appliance manufacturer. We had similar struggles with Samsung repair center and warranty repairs on a Fridge 10 years ago (finally got replaced under warranty as a lemon)
