  I had the wonderful opportunity to have a manager from the S Surrey store help me. I loved her and she was amazing!! Thank you April!!! She spent forever with me designing and laying out my entire new home. She answered all my silly questions and took the time to explain why/how she was coordinating the pieces. She listened to me and kept within the look, feel, vibe I was wanting to achieve. Can't wait to get into the new place. Thanks again April.

  Unimpressed when I tried to exchange something I received as a gift (got 2 of the same thing for Christmas) without a receipt. Brand new with tags and an "urban barn" label and they would not consider an exchange (also was within the holiday exchange period). I did not want any money back, and I understand that without a receipt it complicates things, but an exchange would not lose the store any money and would provide a service that would ensure a returning customer. I have previously worked in retail and this was not good customer service.

  urban barn is my go to when I need to buy gifts and of course for myself lol. When I enter the store I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello. ALL staff are awesome, helpful and take the time to help when your having a tough decision when picking out THE PERFECT gift or choosing a color. All staff have a knack with style. The store always has new items arriving, great sales which Makes shopping so exciting no matter how many times in a month you go there! Luv ya Urban Barn your my favourite!
