  We asked for our rear passenger side window to be replaced with a tinted window as was before it was broken by vandels. We were assured that the window was tinted, however, it was not. It was just a plain glass window. Shame on this company for lying to us and not providing us with our request.

  Don't bother! I called and made an appointment on a Monday to have my windshield replaced. I gave all my vehicle information and was told to come that Friday and expect it to take three hours. I arrived, my children in tow and a ride ready to pick us up for the three hour 'window' (no pun intended). When I went in, not only was I told they didn't have enough information to replace my windshield that day, they said "It's not all a waste of time, we can get the ball rolling now you are here". Now that I was there? What was the point of calling and making an appointment? I would have gone in Monday to give information if they needed it. They gave excuses, blaming their call center, and that my part was one of nine possible ones. Having worked in an autobody place myself for many years, I know that due diligence is critical in ordering parts and completing an order. Needless to say, this was not done here. It is easy to look at an order sheet, realize you don't have enough information, and give the customer a call! Not only were they clearly disorganized, I was spoken to as if I was a child and didn't get it. Well, I got it - my time was completely wasted and I took my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time here! Very unprofessional!

  Excellent excellent service. My vehicle needed glass replacement due to a crack. I went to pick up once ready and the inside was as if it had a detail job done! It was spotless!!
