    We we're looking in the lightbulb aisle and an employee came and asked us if we needed help. Often in other hardware stores it's hard to find anyone to help you, and here we we're not even needing it and there was someone there. It was a refreshing experience.

    We am trying to order kitchen cabinets - went in two weeks ago and went through everything we wanted with the sales associate for kitchens and she said she would email a quote. I was asked to email exact dimensions so I did, but didn't get any response. Several days later I emailed to see how it was going and to ask her to include the installation cost in the quote. Again I received no response. We decided to back in to follow up since we need to get our cabinets ordered fairly soon. The lady we dealt with was off that day, but the other associate found our file and NOTHING had been done on it. She said they were understaffed and had been asked to prioritize. So we sat down with the new person and went over everything again right from the beginning. She said she would try to have a quote ready by the end of the day. Later I had a missed call, but when I tried to call back I could not get through to anyone. After several attempts we went down to the store again only to be told the sales associate was on lunch and wouldn't be back for at least 20 minutes. There was nobody else there that could help or find out if there was a question they needed answered about our kitchen or anything. We asked to see a manager and the guy we were speaking with said he was manager and that there was nothing he could do either. We asked about the long delay for a quote and he had nothing to say about it either. So we left. The kitchen sales associate called us again later and asked the question she had and has promised to have our quote ready in 3 days (she's off for the next two).

    So we'll see what happens. We're not impressed so far with the store's customer service or professionalism. This woman we're dealing with now seems good, but she doesn't have anyone else there to help her, so is limited with what she can do.

    Terrible customer service. Ended up leaving items behind but before asked for the manager. I didn't want anything except to share my experience so they could improve. I spoke with him briefly to explain my experience and his response was "so what do you want?". To explain... I checked the item number on the tag with what the display rack item was labeled. The label on the rack said wreath with bow. The item numbers matched but none of the wreaths had a bow. There was also a sign that said selected wreaths and garlands on clearance. When I went through self check out it came up as the full list price. I asked the customer service clerk to check and she said that is the price. I explained that although the item numbers matched; the description did not. After going through two customer service clerks and the assistant manager they did not understand the concept. No bows on any of these wreaths....checked them all....you would think if something is advertised incorrect it would be on clearance or the management would take steps to correct the display price. Not a "so what do you want?"

    Clean store. Very organized. Has great sales. Some prices are higher than home depot when not on sale but their sale prices are usually better than home depot.

    I have mixed feelings on this Lowes location so far. My review will likely change over the next month or two, but I'm not sure which way it will go.

    WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a major hardware store..EVER! Woman at customer service desk kept interrupting me talking over me as I was explaining my return issue. Man at the contractor desk couldn't help lift my item out of the car because he has a "blown shoulder"; so he called over the intercom for help. I waited by my vehicle for over 10 minutes in minus 5 degrees until I returned inside to find 3 older staff members standing around talking. I could no longer find contractor dept. guy and finally asked one of the older staff members to help me. I have read all of the other reviews for this store and I wonder why so many problems run rampantly throughout this company without a serious makeover from head office!!!
