  Hubby talks to them on friday, and agree for info to be emailed. No email all weekend so Hubby calls Monday morning at 9 am, and is told our agent will call back as soon as they get into office. wait till after 11 pm still no call. I call back at 12 noon and no one seems to know anything. We have been with this same company for over 3 years, and for some reason no one seems to know who we are...So finally after several minutes on hold i am Talking to "Jessy" our agent who tells me (in a very condescending tone) that it was my hubby who gave her the wrong email (for the record.. he has had the same email since computers were born) I'm like, umm "no" you made the mistake and you should own it. Long story short... Hubby checked his email this morning and still NO email, we are not renewing with this company ever again.. we are goin to go to Saxbee they have your house ins. and have ALWAYS treated us with respect.. ( the only reason I am giving it 1 star is bcuz they made me in order to post)

  One star cause I can't give ZERO. They wrote down the wrong VIN and car color when we purchased a car from Murray KIA. Had to drive back from Van to fix it. While doing that they wanted to charge us extra for reissuing a policy due to their mistake. The agent could not fix it so the dealer had to reimburse in cash due to an agent mistake.

  Worked with a gentleman named Karan Bains and was amazed by his service and professionalism. He made sure he set us up with the perfect package, which suited our needs. Would definitely recommend!
