  I went into the pandora at the Abbotsford location to exchange a birthday present, the lady that helped me was very rude and condescending. Little did she know I was also going to be looking to purchase a pandora bracelet. As soon as she thought I was not purchasing anything she started being ride to me.It made for an awful experience.

  The girl that helped me was nice and tried her best (she was new) but whenever she tried asking another employee a question or for help they gave her the cold shoulder or ignored her.

  Walked in there today and showed them that 2 jems were missing from one ring and 1 from another, without hesitation they took both rings into the back and exchanged them with bran new ones ! Didn't ask for my receipt or anything. I told them I got them about 8 months ago. They were super nice and the customer service was fantastic !

  A phone call was made to the manager after we left. She handled it really well and offered to make up for the bad experience. She was polite and apologetic the entire time.

  We declined politely and we made the extra 30 minute drive to the Langley location where we got the best customer service and I found myself a new pandora bracelet.

  Really bad experience today, the girl taking names at the door had quiet the attitude she was rude to my mother and I, she didn't seem to care that she was upsetting my mother and acted as if WE were causing a scene. A young girl claiming to be a manager finally intervened and set the girl on her break which she was all to happy to take. My mother left and I stayed behind to talk to her, I explained that I too work in retail and I know what it's like on extremely busy days like. She simply nodded her head and said sorry. I will not be going back to that Pandora ever again I'll just drive the extra 30min to Langley
