  Clean and quiet hotel. Location was good for our purpose. Not too much traffic noise. Beds were very comfortable. We did not have much contact with the staff beyond check in and check out, but they were very pleasant and sincere when we did deal with them. The pool area is basic and simple but it was clean and safe, the restaurant and bar on site was an added bonus however we didn’t end using either of them. The breakfast room has good selection and was constantly tidied and replenished as the crowds came and went. Overall this was a great stay for us.

  We stayed at the Abbotsford Best Western Plus and it was wonderful! Mindy at the front desk helped us a lot and provided a lot of information. Best Western will match the lowest price found on any third party booking site and they also have a loyalty program that leads to a free nights faster than most loyalty programs! The room was great as we were upgraded to the presidential suite which surpassed all our expectations!

  Rooms were clean and service was nice, except when checking out. We spent 28 nights there as well as had 5 family's come stay there because we were staying there. I asked for 2/3:00pm check out instead of 11 because I have two kids and we had to wait for husband to get off work. They said the best they could do was 12:30. Even though we spent over $2,500 there, they still could not accommodate us, so my husband had to take an extra day off work just we could make the checkout time. Also, they told us because we got a monthly rate we get NO points. We thought they would at least give us a discounted amount of points for staying with them since we got a monthly rate. My family all would have stayed at the sandman if it weren't for me convincing them to stay there. I guess I just expected a bit more customer service. Next time we will choose to stay elsewhere given the inconvenience it caused our family.

  This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms could use updating, the carpet could be replaced as water damage showed but they have the most amazing continental breakfast I have ever had!! There was something different with the hot food every day and we stayed three nights. The Ricky's restaurant attached is incredible, pleasant, family cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious. Overall this was a great place to stay!!!

  Nice hotel and good restaurant next door. Nice breakfast bar in the morning. The only thing that I don't like is the noise of the highway can be heard all night long. Maybe it is the location of the room that I get.
