  Amazing friendly atmosphere and always accommodating. Lots of variety and there is always a sale! I love the VIP bag program! Feels great when you get your free bag. It’s also surprisingly clean considering all the dogs that come in and out! Speaking of, the dog bath is so great to use and is super convenient. The staff don’t mind cleaning up after we wash our VERY furry dog.

  I used to love this locations but I have changed my 5 star review down to two because the new owners have done themselves a disservice. There used to be incredible customer service at this location, but now the owners' idea of customer service is to not welcome a customer, not approach them during their time in the store and then have the bare minimum of service once at the til. This was the female owner I dealt with. After being a customer for 3 years, I am incredibly disappointed.

  The owners here work really hard to keep the store stocked with high quality items. They always bring in cats needing adoption to help them socialize and promote adopting over breeding. Lots of both dry and wet foods and toys.

  Not impressed I'm here and the door and website claims they are open at 9am it is 10:50 there is no-one in store and it's locked.....

  Staff were great and so were new owners. They spent a lot of time helping me select litter and food for the cat and kittens I'm fostering and I saw them assisting other customers with the same care and diligence. I appreciate their knowledge and welcoming approach.
