  In 2010 we started laying the ground work to downsize for retirement. Some realtors would not show us properties they had listed unless we agreed to use them for the purchase. Then we met Carolyn who had a listing in a Condo we were interested in and promptly saw it, without conditions.

  In 2016 we finally made the plunge after throwing her a curve by adding a pooch to our family. Carolyn handled the sale our house, and the purchase of our condo. Her warmth and patience has endeared her to us and we prefer to think of her as our friend instead of our realtor.

  We mentioned we were also interested in a unit in another building and she told us to meet her there in 10 minutes. She had the unit’s key but there was no main door Fob! She rang a former client who lives in the building and, instead of simply buzzing the door open, the lady came down to personally let us in and get a chance to say hi and give a hug to Carolyn.

  We had worked with one of Carolyn’s associates previously which is how my wife and I were introduced to her. After a few emails back and forth describing what we were looking for in a condo, in one afternoon/evening, were were shown the perfect place. We made an offer that evening and it was accepted. All of the advice we received was bang on and we’re super happy to be moving into our new place soon.
