  I listed for one month with an "old style" realtor. First, she didn't have the correct square footage, so her comparibles were way off. Second, I did not see her one time after I signed the contract, but I did get one email hinting at a price drop. I should mention that we listed at 639 900 which was too high in my realtor's professional opinion. We terminated after one month after I told her I would take her to the real estate board.

  I had bought a condo during a property bubble just before the 2008 bubble burst and had paid a high price for my condo. I had been reluctant to try and sell my property as I had been following the properties in my area which had made me very discouraged. After speaking with Kristy I had a new found prospective and a rush of optimism to sell my property. She was able to show me how I could sell my property for almost $40000 more then my neighbor's property and $25000 more then any other realtor had told me they could sell it for. I found many other realtor's didn't seem to care for my business as I was a low commission sale. Kristy treated me like I was number one and did anything she could to sell my property. I had presented her with a 60 day goal for sale which was less then the average time. My property was sold with in about 30 days of listing and I had sold it for almost asking price. Kristy made the impossible possible and I look forward to future business together.

  Now, Kristy. She got the square footage right, and her comparables were right on. We listed higher than I thought my property was worth. In the first two weeks, she had three open houses. On the third, as it turned out, we found our buyer. But, between those open houses, if a realtor requested a showing, Kristy was there every time to point out the positive features of my home. She was a hard negotiator and I was thrilled with the final price.
