  We bought our very first home, and had Chris Hoey help us find the perfect place to spend the next 30 years and raise our kids and live a happy life. Chris is a professional, he answered every single question we had, with speed, and gave us all the information we wanted, and needed, to make an informed and comfortable decision. Despite challenges with the realtor representing the seller he kept his cool and focused on simply getting us into the home we wanted. I highly recommend Chris Hoey, and Vybe Realty in Abbotsford, and hope all of you reading this give him a chance next time you are in the market. AAA+++ First Class experience.

  Steve Gobiel is our realtor. Sincere, extremely professional, looks after his clients interest first and formost. He will tell you all the pro's and con's of each property. Not after the quick sale, after the sale that best suits the clients needs. On top of all that he's a really nice guy too !! I would definitely recommend him as a realtor to everyone. It's our 2nd time using him and if we move again it will mot be the last.
