  I have been going to this IHOP for years now. It's usually on the weekend and in the early morning. It's our favorite place to go for breakfast and we'll always greeted with friendly smiles and courtious service. There's no long wait for your food and it's always served hot & fresh. Because we go there often they always make us feel at home. I'd highly recommend this IHOP in Abbotsford on South Fraser.

  Food was tasty but could have been served warmer - one of the omelets was already cold when it came to the table, the melted cheese hardening on top. Friendly server tried to make our visit pleasant. The tables closer to the entrance are rather drafty on a cold winter day.

  Coming from a Denny's only area, I can't skip this place when in town for work. Usually visit early morning 6-7am. Service is friendly and excellent even with just 1 waitress and multiple tables. Coffee is consistently amazing.

  My daughter received an IHOP gift card for Christmas and really wanted to go out for dinner tonight, so we went to our local restaurant. The food was good and the service was passable, but when it came time to pay the bill I produced the gift card and was fed some BS line about "the machine [being] down". I will never come here again.

  Service was bad and slow. Food was they didn’t do their cooking timing properly. In daughters hot chocolate found at bottom of mug a sugar package. Waited at least 5 minutes to pay for my bill while standing at the front door. No one would make eye contact. Not paying attention it was a slow afternoon. Never going back to this location again. Not worth the money!
