  The staff are only friendly when it's clear you're buying something, and I've always felt they're very pushy. They are either on commission or have their sales tracked very closely. It's probably because of management, but they seem to say anything to make a sale, and if you want to return something, brace yourself for an awkward few minutes while they process it. Prices are average, though the quality isn't always the best. I've bought a lot of shoes here over the years, and most of them don't last long... But one pair I wore the crap out of, and pretty much lived, worked and partied in, and they lasted a long time. They still looked great... Then I lost them.. : (

  The store is known for quality, classic and also trendy items. Staff is helpful and friendly.The current downside is a young woman in a position that requires someone with a more refined demeanor.

  I have been a customer for Aldo Shoes both in Canada and the U.S throughout many years. The store's Manager for the branch in Seven Oaks Mall - by the name Shantel or Shantal - displays little notion on common courtesy and general customer's satisfaction criteria. A follow up on a recent purchase was poorly handled. It is this young woman's inability to show any grace in her affairs as Manager - not only with customers but with staff - that raises a flag in terms of professional ethics.
