  I was in the Abby store to up grade my Chauffuering outfits. I was helped with numerous options from shoes to over coats and a little schooling about style. I had to sleep on it and went back the next day to make my purchases. I am sure glad I did. My second trip out with clients and I was getting complemented on my new style. Thanks to Rishu, Patricia and Colt.

  My experience with Moore's consisted of lack of communication, untrained staff and all around disorganization. I went in to rent suits for my wedding and the initial start up was great. The lady was super helpful and friendly. From that point forward everything went south. When my mother-in-law went in, the gentleman couldn't even tell her the colour of the ties we were buying. My dad had customer ordered a short-sleeve dress shirt and the order somehow got lost and had to be reordered. With a failure on the re-order, they finally just cut sleeves off a long-sleeve dress shirt and tailored it for him. Finally, the day of our wedding, the employees insisted that someone in the family had picked up the rest of the ties for the wedding party and that they were no longer in store. It took a groomsman calling the manager and getting him to look in the back of the store, before they actually found the ties, that they had insisted had been picked up. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Moore's again for any services I will need do to their lack of organization.

  With only an hour to spare before we had to leave town to catch a ferry, Jessica flew into action the moment we entered the store. She had my husband outfitted with shirt, tie, pants (hemmed even), socks and shoes and on our way in 45 minutes. What a pro! And she was so calm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Go see Jessica if you need to look amazing for a special event!

  I bought. Suit there once. The suit fit pretty good. Nothing recent though.

  Found exactly what I was looking for. The staff were helpful- but a little pushy to sell more for me to feel comfortable to go back.
