  Was very happy when I bought my boots.Was sold on the cleaning and laces when every I came in Stoped in today to get laces and see about cleaning. Staff were not intrested in helping laces were almost thrown at me. I was there an hour and a bit before closeing was told they couldn't clean them today witch was fine no problem I understand there closing in an hour. They Came across un intrested In helping.

  Didn't know what Red Wing was.. Needed new duty boots for the fire hall, as I just started training. Mark's had some options but none felt great. I figured it was just something I had to live with with steel toes as I've rarely worn them. Planned to go to Mark's in Chilliwack to get my boots tonight. But I passed Red Wing.. Googled it because I thought it was a restaraunt.

  The service is fanatastic, very friendly and they make shure you get the right boot or shoe the first time , very thorough ,will definetley go back.

  My Iron Rangers have been great boots, but I was looking for something a little more casual to wear with a softer foot bed. Went in and got fitted properly for a pair of 6" Moc Toe boots in an 8. Fit great, but was worried they might be actually a half a size too big. Went back the next day and they happily exchanged me for a pair of 7.5's that fit perfect. After about a week of wear they fit like a glove and feel great.

  I turned around immediately and am so thankful! Eric helped me out.. He was warm and welcoming. He spent time, energy, and used his knowledge for boots to get me fitted PERFECTLY in a way I doubt anyone could have done anywhere else.

  I feel more comfortable in these boots than most of my day to day/workout shoes/soccer cleats. I am so glad I stumbled into this place as I'm sure my future self's back, hips and feet will thank me. As long as I'm in the workforce, or serving my community as a fire fighter... (And for the rest of my life) I will be a Red Wing customer.

  Expensive shoes, but the quality makes them so worth it. The service provided by their employees is also top notch as well.
