  *I'm changing my 1 start to a 3 star because the store owner had called me a few hours after I made my post. It seemed he was truly sorry and he had mentioned he will take care of this issue. However, we won't be going back due to the care our pets had.*

  I find the store and its quality raw and dehydrated choices to be excellent and best thing ever is they don't run out of what I am feeding. This surpasses the big box stores 100 %. Also have holistic medications that work really well. The day care is fun and the grooming is great. I am glad we have such a store in Abbotsford. Hard to find better anywhere. Sincerely, M. Sherring

  There's one specific worker who I've busted yelling '(name of puppy) get the f*** over here' very loudly. I've made a complaint, they didn't do anything about it. After months of not going there, decided to give them another shot. picked up our dog, he had blood all down his ear, and I mean the amount of the size of my palm, and two finger print sizes of blood on his skull. Now I know things can happen when there's a bunch of dogs together. However, if they were paying attention, they would have informed me and cleaned the blood off. It was also that same worker in there that yelled at my dog. My dog is a gental giant and wouldn't harm a fly. It sadness me to see him come home all sheepish and see blood on him.

  My scruffy guy loves coming here. He is actually jumping at the car door when I pull in for a groom. When I pick him up and bring him home he struts around the house like he is a model. Thanks for taking such good care of Noah when he is there. I am continually recommending you to friends and even to strangers who look like they may benefit from your wide net of expertise!!

  While they have a good selection of food, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I grabbed a cleaner to purchase off of the shelf - which evidently hadn't been priced correctly. As the cashier rung me up, I noticed she kept looking at the price sticker on the cleaning supplies and the computer, but she didn't say anything to me. I then paid for my goods, but as I ran the total through my head, I was confused and asked the cashier why it was ~ $8 more than I was anticipating. The cashier explained the cleaning supplies was marked wrong and said she couldn't ring up the price that was on the cleaning supplies because her boss wasn't there. She offered to let me return it, but I need it, so I kept it. However, I'm upset she didn't bring this to my attention immediately and ask me BEFORE I bought if I was okay with the price difference - considering it nearly doubled the price. Very shady to clearly have been aware of the discrepancy and obviously just hope that I wasn't paying attention.

  Informative, caring staff. Quality products. Most importantly, my dog can't wait to get out of the car every day to go to the daycare. She loves it!
