  I ordered things online and went into pick them up an hour later. Super simple onlIne purchasing and pick up system. And Their customer service was amazing. I wish I could remember the guys name who helped me out since he was 6/5 stars! He was outstanding. Petsmart is the amazon of animal products and pick up, so simple. My kids new favourite place... great job Petsmart

  Good selection but as expected, they are expensive. The convenience of how close they are to where I live is the only reason why I have shopped there. Other wise I order online.

  Took my dog for grooming. The staff is excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. Service was excellent and got a call to say that my dog is ready to be picked up. It's also a great place to shop for pet food and pet accessories.

  Come here as a last resort unless you are able to grab something yourself (like pet food or some other product off the shelf).

  If you want fish/reptiles/birds, or simply want to get crickets or any other bug, be prepared to wait a good 20-30 minutes. Often times I've had staff standing around, and have had to go prompt either the front counter or really pester them to get help. They will often continue cleaning tanks, etc and ignore you unless you really make it obvious that you want to get out of there. Will try my best to avoid it from now on.
