    WARNING! The only 2 things the owner "Fay" wants from you is your credit card information and to know how much cash you can pay with. After that you will receive zero customer service. We recently organized a wedding, travel, and lodging through this agency for 36 family and friends that totalled close to $100,000. We delt with nothing but incompetent employes, errors on a regular bases, and phone calls and emails that would go unanswered. I hope this helps someone else not have the same experience and terrible service we received. Do not use Expedia Cruise Ship Centers, Mccallum Rd Abbotsford.
