    Since they have changed to the new pre-approval ATMs, depositing cash and cheques from my companies has become a nightmare. Bills and cheques are rejected routinely and even successful deposits take twice as long.

    Always check your bills or ask the teller to verify, in front of you, that they are real. This will be reported to APD.

    Numerous feedback has led to no solutions other than resorting to night deposits. I asked corporate headquarters to see if they can revert back to the old machines until there is more Reliable technology here. For example today, no cheques were accepted!

    Was given counterfeit $100. Customer Service Manager had smug attitude and blames the client for receiving the fake $100. Either the branch gave the fake money or a dirty teller is there.
