  Amazing service! The employees (service and sales) are just so around great people and the know what they're talking about! Even the lady at the front desk knows her cars. I've been to too many dealerships where I know more about the cars than the salesmen so it was a very refreshing experience to deal with people that knew much more about their cars than I did

  I recently brought in my escape for an oil change and a minor recall issue. I was very pleased with the service I received! Not only did they do the oil change, they also included a 12 point inspection and tire rotation with for less than $80. Lesley provided great customer service. You can definately tell they care about their customers.

  My dad and I saw an ad in the local newspaper regarding a good deal on a F150, the ad stated that the truck came with rear camera, at the time we were checking the truck out we noticed that was no rear view camera, I did ask the sale person about that and he answered me that was a typo, I told him that is not a typo that is false or misleading advertising.

  Larry and I spent our Friday with Anna. We walked in and was greeted with a pleasant hello. We didn't think she was a salesperson but was very pleased as she started fetching us SUV's to test drive. She did the impossible, she sold Larry an Escape! He enjoyed the service so much he named his SUV Anna! Something about her awesome demeanor.

  Something really funny is that he also confirmed that they do not read approve their ads and that sometimes things happen... what does he mean with things happen? I think he did not think we were serious about buying the vehicle at all, even though I told him we were buying it cash/check, I said to the salesman, so what are you going to do about the rear camera issue and after back and forth he offered 250 miles reward, that was funny, he did say that sometimes things happen and you are also more than welcome to check out other dealers, pretty much they do not honor what they advertise and it is OK with them whether or not you buy or leave with a smile on your face, I took that like a big screw you, this is the deal you get, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else.

  Thank you Anna Vig! She worked hard to find us the new Ford Explorer we wanted and she delivered. Very friendly, and professional. Not pushy and made sure the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Anna and Maguson Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

  Long story short is that my dad needed the truck and he bought it cash, the truck is nice but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I DO NOT recommend this dealer at all, do not do the same mistake my dad did buying here.
