    I believe customers need to acknowledge how Sunrise Toyota treat there customers. Sunrise Toyota never care about their customers. When I talked to Toyota Canada, the person said they will send the complaint to Ryan (the service manager assistant). The next day I left a voice message not one but two, stating what part they have damaged. The very next day, Ryan called and he said that he reviewed the file etc.. I told him I'm not getting any more service done at sunrise, therefore, forward this work order to the dealership that I prefer. Also I told Ryan once he forward the work order, I asked him to remove me from their system. I want nothing to do with Sunrise. After I schedule the appointment at the new dealership, I called back at Sunrise to verify. Apparently, Ryan failed to remove my file from their system. Furthermore, Ryan send the wrong work order to the other dealership. That dealership worked on the wrong doors and they said Ryan send this work order. I shook my head and I told them I left him 2 messages indicating what door they damaged and Toyota Canada send them complaint file. This clearly show Sunrise Toyota does not care about their customers.

    If you guys want to waste your time and have them damage your vehicle, then go to Sunrise Toyota. Down below is the experience I had with Sunrise Toyota over the years.

    I still remember when I talked to the service manager about these problems. They basically said "why are you coming back to us". Anyways, thanks Sunrise you lost a customer for life!

    Always on time and any additional expenses are advised well before the work so there are no surprises. I dropped off my truck at 9am and it was ready for pick up by 9:45am. Friendly staff and overall much better than the Maple Ridge one.

    whoever works as a receptionist, you need to watch your tone to your customers. Absolutely unprofessional the way you communicate with your customers on the phone. Had a miss phone from this number and called back, the female receptionist replied "go check your voicemail" and unwilling to help me to locate who might be the potential caller. And No I am not looking for a new car, because even if I do, I don't deserve your pathetic attitude and I am very happy about my own 440i as a daily driver.

    I had a wonderful experience at Sunrise! I am a US customer and I had to bring my Tundra up for a recall (Bellingham Toyota said they couldn't do it since its a BC truck originally). It was only a 2 hour job and their minimum for a loaner is 4 hours but they gave me one anyhow which I greatly appreciated as I don't like milling around in a waiting room for hours. The car was clean and nice. I came back after an hour and a half because I didn't want to waste gas. I killed time on the lot looking at cars. The salesman that came out to talk to me was very friendly and never once did he try to make me buy anything. The service girl was awesome (never got her name but she was blonde), I even got a free wash. Keep in mind this was for a recall and I did not spend a dime at this dealership yet they still treated me awesome. Will DEFINITELY come again if I have anything wrong with my truck even if it means crossing the border

    I went to Sunrise Toyota to get warranty work done. It turned out that the technician damaged a seal. I went back to the service department and the technician who worked on the vehicle, came out. I was told all the seals are like that (apparently NOT!). Sunrise refused to take responsibility and turned me away. So, I drove to another dealership and their technician looked over. That technician said Sunrise is responsible for damaging the part and they have no right to turn their customer like that. Since I was on the hook, I called up Toyota Canada because Sunrise did not take responsibility. The next day after I talked to Toyota Canada, Sunrise took responsibility. THANKS SUNRISE FOR WASTING MY TIME AND GAS! Every vehicle I bring in for service, their technicians would damage something. My past experience at Sunrise is:
