  Not disabled friendly. No access for mobility challenged example wheelchairs. Now with losing more of the features that we came here for and not able to use facility to the fullest altho get this memberahip is still full price. It is filthy in this gym weight bars are black when the few people clean them.

  Was a member here since 1999 left for a year and tried to do a drop in and they outright refused entry claiming it was members only...was able to pay drop in fee in the past no loyalty no customer service and over priced. I asked the assistant manager whom is probably not older than the duration of my previous membership to speak to manager and she outright denied my request. No customer service what so ever and if anyone from Apollo who actually knows what there doing wants to contact me to discuss further please do.

  Front desk staff are not nice. Most are unpleasant and don't treat club members nice.

  Can be a dangerous place in the evening . Their are no security guards and gang bangers are starting to hang out in the parking lot and sometimes come inside. We used to use the wading pool after work and recently had to leave because a few of them came in causing trouble throwing doors open, and being loud and aggressive towards us and one even making gun motions when we asked them why they were doing this. We were forced to leave because of the aggressive situation and when we brought our serious concerns to the girl working there.. she did nothing. We’re trying to get a hold of the owner or the city to let them know what occurs here now in the evening.

  Have been a member for over three years. Awesome facility and staff. Feel like I'm at home when I'm there. Nice variety of free classes with membership. So really great when your membership is all inclusive of what you need.
