  Protech was called to change our house locks. One lock was needing extra work, the locksmith said he would return the very next day to install, it has now been over a week, no lock and no updates. We have called and left numerous messages, asking for a call back. We don't know if he is hurt and that is why he isn't returning our messages or this has been a scam; but the lack of follow through, professionalism and communication has left us unsatisfied with the service.
