Great theater, prices are what you expect these days. There are a variety of different experiences to choose from depending on what your seeing of course. Standard theaters, ultra avx, and VIP. All of the options are good, great seats with lots of room and great sound. In my experience staff have always been helpful and courteous. There is plenty of parking in the underground, with an elevator, an escalator or stairs to get up to ground level.

The VIP experience is hardly worth the inflated cost. The service was in the VIP lounge is absolutely poor - we ended up missing the beginning of our movie because we couldn't get the server's attention and when we did everything was done at a snail's pace despite telling our server the start time of our film. We thought we could order at our seats in the theater - nope. You awkwardly order from a server in the middle of the hallway from an iPad and then receive your food at your seats, after the movie has already started. The entire experience was armature, without any friendliness and was completely disorganized. There were plenty of staff on hand, so you can't say that it is because they were short-staffed, rather completely untrained. The experience was far below the regular ticketing experience you would get at Landmark for half the price.

This past Saturday my wife and I went to the VIP theater to see Thor. Overall our experience was good. Good service, happy people and the drinks are wet. Uniformity the food i received was cold as ice. I had ordered the Buffalo chicken tenders the arrived 1/2 way through the previews. The movie was about to start ... there wasn't a way to signal down anyone once the movie had started and wasn't about to leave the wife and miss some of the movie to complain. So i recommend the experience but don't recommend the food. Had we ate somewhere else the night would of been great.

I go to see a.movie on the average 2 times a month or more. Never enough people on to get any kind of service there. You have to stand in line for a long.time for a.ticket or get your own. And that takes too long. Not enough people on so you can buy popcorn before the movie and get a good seat, sometimes. I like the theatre. I like being able to eat there as well.

My husband, son and grandson did their annual Christmas movie day at the High Street Cineplex Cinemas in Abbotsford. This was the first time at this cinema...they were very disgusted with the initial appearance of the lobby. The floor was filthy and every garbage receptical were overflowing! The snack counters were dirty and in need of a good wipe. Since they were there already, they decided to stay. Once inside the theater, again, the condition of the floors were “unbelievable”...filthy! When the movie began, the first thing they noticed was the bright glow of the exit sign in the bottom corner of the movie screen...it was hard to ignore. Unfortunately, the first impression of the High Street Cineplex Cinema was a lasting one!
