  I just want this fixed so I can be done with this company. I'm not even angry anymore. I go in with low expectations hoping to get something. Leave with the same ones. Let's see if it gets fixed next appointment.

  Great place to deal with. Alex explained everything in detail from beginning to end. Have had no issues with my orthotics or any pain in my feet since going there. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

  What a great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. Andrea was very understanding and actually spent a whole hour with me assessing my personal foot needs and customizing my shoe inserts.   Constantly getting let down by this company. Appointments being cancelled or not even entered. My orthotics have caused me so much grief I just want it fixed. The Surrey KG location started the butcher job first.
