  I went in this week to buy a couple of small scrapbooking stuff. They had 4.00 grab bags of Christmas stuff. Bags were so cheaply made 1/2 of them were opened when I got there. They ripped when I picked them up. This rude worker came up and blamed me for opening the pk. I informed her I did not open one. She did not apologized or anything. Have never seen such a rude worker. I find that they never carry different latch hook kits, or 3d card making kits. After this experience i will travel to Langley or mission to get good service.

  I had a marvelous shopping experience while in Michael's today. Special thanks to Heather. Professional, knowledgeable and absolutely delightful.

  Great store but the customer service is absolutely horrible. There are never enough cashiers so there is almost always a long wait. And then if there is any issue with pricing or labels or anything of the sort that a manager is needed for the manager is very very rude and unprofessional.

  Not a fan. I prefer to support small business but I needed something at 8pm.

  I love Michaels! Great yarn selection! Good on paper crafts, baking, craft books & staff are friendly & helpful. The only issue I have, are the long lines
